How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have a background as an international financial consultant with extensive travel. Found that there was a need for better support of the international road warriors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide access to private fares due to our contractual agreements with dozens of airlines to lower the cost of air travel, we only hire people with 10+ years of experience, we have the latest technology to include mobile apps, automated approval processes, and management reporting.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Pittsburgh, but part of a global consortium of over 3,000 offices. This gives us the ability to successfully manage global companies with our network. All reporting comes through our Pittsburgh office and is easily consolidated.
